The Integration Of The Software And Hardware Design Of Intelligent Unit

With the continuous development and progress of modern society, the voltage level of the increasing demand, the smart grid, as well as digital substation construction has become irreplaceable.The merged cells play an important role in the construction of the digital intelligent substation. With the gradual implementation of the IEC61850protocol,a new kind of device,the integrated intelligent unit,is gradually by the attention and research.In this paper, on the basis of the literature,intelligent substation process level integration hardware design, the integration of intelligent hardware and software unit are developmented and improvemented to form a completed system. The main work of this paper are:On the hardware side, based on the integration of intelligent signal interface board, the signal board hardware system includes data acquisition module, human-computer interaction module (keyboard and LCD display), RS232debug module, network transmission module, switch control module, frequency acquisition module, filter module,and realizes Data measurement, filtering, protection and alarm, storage, and network communication.Finally, the integration of the intelligent unit are debugged. The debugging results showed that the initial hardware and software design can meet the design target.
