At present,the whole world is faced with a common topic,which is the contradiction between energy consumption,heavy smog,continuous rise of PM2.5,plastic waste,white pollution and other environmental pollution and the world energy tension.As for the construction industry,whether the energy consumption of buildings can be effectively reduced and the energy saving efficiency of buildings can be improved requires that the buildings adopt the design idea of sustainable development.However,the green building evaluation standard issued by our country only provides various comprehensive indexes for building energy saving design,such as the main indexes of heat consumption and cooling consumption,as well as the thermal performance of the surrounding structure,heat gain/heat loss analysis,orientation of the building,sunshine time and other auxiliary indexes.In actual engineering construction,these abstract,invisible and intangible indicators are not very descriptive and operational for guiding the participation of projects in energy conservation evaluation.Moreover,the construction project is a huge and complex system,subject to a variety of factors,it is difficult to judge the merits and demerits of the design from a few simple analysis figures,different forms of architectural design may cause huge differences in energy consumption.All data analysis of existing buildings cannot change their established energy consumption patterns,and only more advanced energy-saving technologies can be applied to constantly transform them.However,for the buildings in the planning,if the architect can use certain technical means at the beginning of the planning and design,quantitative grasp of the dynamic energy consumption of the building,and then grasp the overall characteristics of the energy consumption of the building design,then the optimal design of the building will become possible.Therefore,we need to plan the designers to master advanced technology,to understand the structure of the dynamic model in the different stages of architectural design,energy consumption of different forms,and combined with the local meteorological environment building,detailed energy consumption simulation projections for design and scheme comparison,can truly understand the characteristics of the energy consumption of buildings in this region and change,and thus for the truly green building energy efficiency design.The emergence of BIM for green building ecological technical analysis provides a new effective way,based on the BIM model database,realized the data of coordinate,through the data conversion,extract the required data and then building environment simulation and analysis was carried out on the building's environmental performance in time,improve the building environment performance analysis in the design of the traditional lagging situation,help architects in the design process in a timely manner to understand the construction of all aspects of performance,in the design stage to the green building related decisions.Aiming at the international new city construction project of xigu district,lanzhou city,this paper uses the existing CAD drawings and Revit software to build the building information model of the project,and carries out data integration and integrated management of the physical model of the building spatial geometry information,building spatial function information,building materials and other relevant data information.After the data is converted into gbXML format file,the model is imported into the subsystem of BIM--Ecotect green building analysis software to obtain the program design and analysis model of the residential building of this project and conduct model analysis.Environmental analysis tools integrated with software are used to analyze the ecological technology factors of the project location,such as energy consumption analysis,light analysis,indoor lighting analysis,solar radiation analysis,shading,thermal comfort,etc.Application of Autodesk Ecotect Analysis is the early stage of the architecture design stage of conceptual ecological Analysis tools,Analysis results are often have the characteristics of real-time,visibility,very suitable for building designers to grasp the construction of various performance at the beginning of design,or simulated,and according to the simulation results to evaluate the performance of the building and improvement opinions are put forward.Through the initial stage of design simulation construction technology of ecological factors in the process of implementation,and predict the environmental performance,can be from the perspective of environmental impact,comparing various options,reduce project in the construction and operation phase caused by the adverse effects on the natural environment and destruction,and ensure that resources development,green production,green building environment of continuous improvement and optimization,ultimately achieve the harmonious development of man,nature and society.The content of this study is mainly composed of the following four parts:1.The research overview and research results of building energy conservation at home and abroad at present,and the necessity of building energy conservation are analyzed.2.What is BIM technology,the development and application of BIM technology?3.Introduce the green building and its related contents,combine the analysis characteristics of BIM technology,and comprehensively consider the indexes that have a great impact on the green degree of the building.4.Use Ecotect Analysis software to simulate and analyze the energy consumption of a residential building in lanzhou city,gansu province,and analyze the feasibility of Ecotect in energy consumption Analysis and architectural scheme design.Since the advantages and performance of green building are mainly prominent in energy saving,the current green building evaluation is mainly focused on energy saving,and Ecotect is a typical green analysis software,focusing on the analysis of building energy consumption,so this paper takes energy saving evaluation as an example to carry out research.
