Research On Green Building Design And Green Operation Management Countermeasures Of Super High-rise Complexes In Shenzhen

The development of green building is the direction that the society and the government advocate actively at present,and it is also the inevitable trend of the development of construction industry.In the 40 years of high-speed urbanization and industrialization since the reform and opening up in Shenzhen,the problem of extensive energy consumption and environmental pollution has become very prominent.Secondly,the total resources and per capita resources of Shenzhen are seriously insufficient,while the growth rate of energy consumption is amazing,and the rate of resource recycling is far lower than that of developed countries.Thirdly,with the improvement of people's living standards,higher requirements are put forward for their own life and living environment,especially for the living environment closely related to people,such as health,comfort,safety,environmental protection and intelligence.At present,in the field of green building in China,there are some problems,such as the design fails to really reflect the passive priority,the design and operation are divorced,and the operation management effect is not good.In this paper,the author tries to sort out some problems existing in the development process of green buildings,especially super high-rise complex projects in Shenzhen,focusing on the two modules of early design and back-end operation management.The paper is divided into four parts to analyze and discuss the design and operation management of green building of super high-rise complex in ShenzhenThe first part is the introduction,which describes the background,purpose and significance of this study;The second part is to raise questions,through the investigation of the actual project,to sort out the current situation of the green building design and green operation management of the super high-rise complex in Shenzhen area,which leads to the thinking of the problems;In the third part,on the basis of the above analysis,focusing on two aspects of green building design and green operation management,combing the problems existing in the practice of super high-rise complex green building in Shenzhen,and putting forward corresponding countermeasures;The fourth part takes the Tian'an cloud Valley project which the author participated in the design as an example to analyze the specific strategies in the green building design practice and green operation management of the project in detail,and then to interpret the effectiveness of the relevant strategies objectively.The conclusion part summarizes the basic ideas and main conclusions of this paper,analyzes the significance and innovation of this study,and points out the limitations of this study.
