Entering the new century, computertechnology rapid development, is both a challenge and an opportunity foragricultural mechanization in China, which makes computer-aided technology isincreasingly important in agricultural mechanization, application ofcomputer-aided technology in the precision design of agricultural machinery,more and more attention has been paid.The mechanical precision design is an important part of the mechanicalpart design and mechanical manufacturing. With the continuous development ofscience and production technology and computer technology-related disciplineshave been actually used in machinery manufacturing. In A complete mechanicaldesign, mechanical precision design is an important part not only play animportant role in the use of the product performance and quality, but alsodirectly affects the product’s manufacturing costs. Computer-aided design forimproving the mechanical manufacturing precision and lowering costeffective,computer-aided design and optimization of the mechanicalmanufacturing precision intrinsically linked.AutoCAD2004As a secondary development platform, Surface roughnessdatabase using database Access2003. Visual Basic.NET as a development tools,database query functions through programming. To achieve fast query the valueof the surface roughness parameters in Visual Basic.NET programmingenvironment, through the process connection AutoCAD2004. The lastapplication in Visual Basic.NET controls to achieve the surface roughnessannotation interface design, Through the main window contact surface’s onlabelling module, the parameter may choose outline arithmetic mean deviation Ra, microscopic undulation ten spot highly Rz, outline undulation most greatlyhighly Ry highly; The surface roughness code number may choose the outlinemicroscopic undulation average spacing Sm, outline supporting length rate tp,the processing request, the sample length, the machining allowance as well asthe processing grain direction; Above the parameter value may choose thelimiting value, the lower limiting value, the maximum value and the minimumvalue; If the labelling mark needs to revolve, needs to rotate the angle valuescan be input in the back of the rotation angle of thr input box; Can also adjustthe label sizeof the symbols according to the proportion of the parts diagram,Height of the text input box which requires a high level of value can beachieved; After selecting parameter values, code, enter the rotation angle of textheight, through clicks on the main window right bottom nine different buttons,enters the CAD contact surface to realize different surface roughness marklabelling separately.In this paper, the design of surface roughness query annotation systemoperation speed, high integrity, intuitive and flexible, dynamic rotation,and thepossession of small storage space. The method is simple and quick to improvethe annotation efficiency, surface roughness symbols and the use of the methodto draw the line with the provisions of the GB, the size of the code with the highword of parameter changes, the direction of the code with are markedinclination of the surface of the change. Greatly improved the designefficiency,shorten working hours, to bring more benefits to the enterprise, theactual use value and promote the significance.
