Chongqing City Park Green Space Community Structure And Woody Plant Diversity Research

Public Park is an important part of urban green space. The plant community is the basic component units of urban green space which structure determine the plant landscape quality and the ecological function of urban green space. The rational and scientific plant community is not only the basis of Park green space which can be healthy, stable and sustainable development, also the guarantee of expressing ecological benefits by City park green space, In addition, it can also protect the ecological, beautify the environment, and enhance the overall landscape effect of park. So the research of plant community and diversity characteristics of City park green space has an important meaning for the sustainable development of Chongqing city park landscape and can also provide theoretical basis for the green space landscape construction.This paper mainly studied the nine comprehensive parks and five theme parks in Chongqing. First of all, the selected70quadrat of community species composition were investigated. Second, each species under the quadrat were sorted and statistic analyzed. And the Diversity indexes are used to analyzing the characteristic of community species diversity. Finally, growing further suggestions are put forward for the existing plant community within the city park green space in order to improve the park green space plant landscape for deeper discussion.The specific results are as follows:1. From the statistics of families, genera and species composition of plant communities, the largest number of arbor species is the Dadukou Park (13kinds). The least number of arbor species are the Shaping Park and Longtousi Park (5kinds). The largest number of Shrub species is the Eling Park (17kinds). The least number of shrub species is Hongensi Park (10kinds).2. Within the community on families, genera, species of plants in statistics, the results shows that:the largest and least numbers of arbor are Caiyunhu Wetland Park and Zhaomushan Park. The largest number of families, genera, and species are Zhonghua Park and Chongqing Flower Park.3. The arbor and shrubs species diversity in different showed different changes. The larger arbor diversity index of comprehensive parks is Eling Park. The opposite is the Shaping Park. The larger shrub diversity index of comprehensive parks is Longtousi Park. The opposite is the Pingdingshan Park. Trends in species diversity index showed generally consistent with the law.4. There are varying degrees of change of arbor and shrub species diversity index in the theme park. The larger arbor diversity index of special parks is Zhonghua Virtue Park. The least arbor diversity index of special parks is Caiyunhu Wetland Park. The larger shrub diversity index of special parks is Zhonghua Virtue Park. The least arbor diversity index of special parks is Chongqing Flower Park.
