Iaspp And P53 Expression In Cervix Lesion And Significance

Objective To investigate the significance and expression of p53and iASPP in cervical cancer,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and chronic cervicitis,as well as to analyze the relationship of them.Methods Using immunohistochemistry(PV-6000)method,we respectively examined the expression of p53and iASPP in tissue of40chronic cervicitis cases(control group),60cervical intraepithelial neoplasia cases and65cervical cancer cases.Spss17.0software was used to analyze data,The enumeration data were compared with the X2test,and association analysis of paried data in2×2table.Results(1)By microscopy iASPP positive staining granules appeared brown and distributed in cytoplasma of squamous cells and some nucleus small amounts on stroma.P53positive staining granules located on nucleus of squamous cells.(2)The positive rates of iASPP in chronic cervicitis,intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer were81.5%,43.3%,12.5%respectively.The differences among them were significant(X2=49.39,P=0.00).(3)Positive rate of p53in chronic cervicitis,intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer were10%,33.3%,58.5%respectively.The differences among three groups were significant(X2=25.52,P=0.00).(4)Positive rate of p53in stage I,stage II,stage III were48.6%,57.9%,90.9%respectively,The differences were significant in clinical stage of cervical cancer(X2=6.181,P=0.045).But positive rate of iASPP in them were82.9%,78.9%,81.8%respectively,there was no difference in them(X2=0.026,P>0.05).(5)The positive rates of iASPP in high differentiation,moderate differentiation,low differentiation were68.2%,73.3%,96.4%respectively,The differences were significant in differentiation grade of cervical cancer(X2=7.042,P<0.05).But positive rate of p53in them were59.1%,60%,60%respectively,there was no difference in them(X2=0.005,P>0.05).(6)The correlation between the expression of p53and iASPP was observed in cervical carcinoma(r=0.31,P=0.01).Conclusion The expression level of iASPP,p53in cervical cancer was high.This suggested that they might participate in the onset and progression of cervical carcinoma.
