Objective Colon carcinoma was multiple malignant tumor of alimentary system, expressive disbalance between Inhibiting-Cancer Agent and cocarcinogenic agent was basal mechanism of colon carcinoma morbidity, fragile histidine triad(FHIT)and Caspase-3proteinum was inducing factor of apoptosis, Survivin proteinum was reactivator of cell proliferation,those control apoptosis and cell proliferation, abnormality of apoptosis and cell proliferation was main reason of cell immortalization and carcinomatous change,then we detected the expression of FHIT,Caspase-3and Survivin proteinum in colon carcinoma tissue and normal colon tissue,and investigate the expressive change of FHIT,Caspase-3and Survivin proteinum in colon carcinoma tissue.Methods60cases tissues of colon carcinoma and60cases tissues of normal colon were select and were stain with immunizing histological chemistry in SP way, expression of FHIT, Survivin and Caspase-3protein were detected in colon carcinoma tissues and normal colon tissues,expressive difference of FHIT, Survivin and Caspase-3protein between colon carcinoma tissue and normal colon tissue was contrasted,and correlation of expressive of FHIT, Survivin and Caspase-3protein with biological behaviour of colon carcinoma was analyzed with monofactorial analysis,dependability were analyzed between FHIT andSurvivin, Caspase-3with spearman test.Results Expressive positive rate of FHIT and Caspase-3protein was93.3%and85.0%in tissues of normal colon,was31.9%and26.7%in tissues of normal colon,expressive positive rate of FHIT and Caspase-3protein was lower in tissues of colon carcinoma than tissues of normal colon(P<0.05).Expressive positive rate of Survivin protein was36.6%in tissues of normal colon, was81.7%in tissues of colon carcinoma, expressive positive rate of Survivin protein was higher in tissues of colon carcinoma than tissues of normal colon, monofactorial analysis shown, expression of FHIT and Survivin in colon carcinoma tissues was correlative with tumor differentiation,TNM stge of tumor and lymphatic node metastasis, expression of Caspase-3in colon carcinoma tissues was correlative with tumor differentiation.Correlation test shown there were positive dependability between FHIT and Caspase-3protein (r=0.410,P=0.006).and was negative dependability between FHIT and Survivin protein(r=-0.454,P=0.004).Conclusions FHIT,Caspase-3had a expressive deletion and Survivin had a over expression in tissues of colon carcinoma,and expressive abnormality of FHIT,Caspase-3and Survivin was correlative with biological behaviour of colon carcinoma,those maybe had a mutual control to occurrence and progression of colon carcinoma, detecting the expression of FHIT, Caspase-3and Survivin maybe improved reference for evaluating pathogenetic condition and prognosis in colon carcinoma.
