Fever Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome Pathogenesis Mixed Analysis And Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Dverview:Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a common clinical disorder of intestinal dysfunction disease, which is a physical and mental illness with special pathophysiological basis. It manifested as abdominal pain, abdominal distention, abnormalities of stool frequency ind character. The symptoms could be persisting or interval, but without obvious syndrome hat can be explained by morphological and biochemical abnormalities. There are10%to20%of adults and adolescents in global population with IBS symptoms, and the ratio of female is higher than that of male. The morbidity rate is increasing annually, accounting for30%of the gastrointestinal outpatients. At present, there is no objective while reliable pathology and biochemistry basis for the diagnosis of IBS, which mainly relies on the positive Derformance of the symptomatology and by excluding of related organic diseases.Objective:through analyzing the clinical features of Irritable Bowel Syndrome and ancient iterature, exploring the main pathogenesis of IBS, this study verified and evaluated the xeatment of IBS by using Traditional Chinese Medicine for Treating Painful Diarrhea Combined with Black Plum Pill.Research methods:We selected46cases which consistent with traditional Chinese medical diagnostic criteria of intermingled cold with heat, as well as western diagnostic criteria of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, make observation on treating effect according to main symptoms of stool frequency, stool character, abdominal discomfort, gurgling sound and aversion to cold. Modified Black Plum Pill are given3times a day half an nour after a meal, decocted in water for oral dose, each time for200ml, and are asked to avoid spicy food, thick and greast food like meat, milk, eggs, seafood, etc. Fill the observation tables before treatment,1,2and4weeks after treatment respectively. The effect of the treatment is valuaed by Symptom score.Results:After1.2and4weeks of treatment, the general effective rates are respectively58.70%,84.78%, and97.83%. The statistical analysis showed that there is significant difference between the effective rates after1,2and4weeks of treatment. After4weeks of treatment, effective rates in character of stool is95.56%;92.86%in abdominal pain or discomfort is,85.71%in gurgling sound, and64.29%in aversion to cold. Statistical analysis shows that there is significant differences in the above five kinds of symptoms.Conclusion:1. Damp-Heat and the Deficiency of the Intestinal House is one of the main pathogenesis of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.2. The treatment has achieved the desired result by grasping of the main pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment and using Modified Black Plum Pill. The overall cure rate of the treatment has achieved4.35%. the obvious effective rate was47.83%:effective rate was45.65%efficiency, the ineffective rate was2.17%.3. With the extension of treatment course, effective rates for symptoms of abnormalities of stool frequency, and aversion to cold increas obviously in the early treating phase. The rest are inproved progressively.
