Objective:To analyze lifestyle and risk factors on patients with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)diagnosed according to Roman criterea.?Methods:One hundred and Thirty-nine patients diagnosed as IBS in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were analyzed retrospectively,of which 58 patients with diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D),43 patients with constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-C),20 patients with mixed irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-M)and 18 patients with unstable irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-U)respectively served as the observation group,and 139 normal people were selected as the control group.The patients were assessed by using the ZUNG self-rating anxiety scale,ZUNG self-rating depression scale,life event scale.using.Univariate and multivariate condition logistic regression models were used to identify the risk factors of the irritable bowel syndrome.Results:(1)There are differences between IBS and control group in eating hot food(3months before investigation),fruits and vegetables,during wine and coffee,insomnia,physical activity,anxiety and depression(P< 0.05).Logistic regression analysis is indicated eating hot food frequency ? 3 times a week,insomnia frequency ? 3 times a week,drinking,anxiety and depression may be risk factor of pathogenesis of IBS;eating fruit and vegetables frequency ? 3 times,physical activity time?2 hours a week may protective factor.(2)Eating hot frequency of IBS-D group is lower than IBS-C and observation group;eating cold frequency of IBS-D group is lower than IBS-C.(P< 0.01)(3)There are differences between 3 months ago and nearly 3 months on eating hot and cold food frequency of IBS-D.Conclusion:(1)The risk factors of IBS were during wine,anxiety,depression,high frequency of eating hot food and weekly sleep disorder.The protective factors of IBS were appropriate exercise time,eating fruits and vegetables.
