Acupuncture Tired Muscle The Clinical Research Of Acupuncture Point Treatment For Subjective Tinnitus

Purpose：To sum up the best method of treatment and observe the effects that acupuncture the regular“a-shi”points by comparing the efficacy of the regular“a-shi”points with the traditional pointsacupuncture in the treatment of sthenia tinnitus. All the data in the experiment are collectedfrom clinical medicine to promote the “jingjin”theory as well as further research.Material and method：64cases of sthenia tinnitus were randomly divided the elected patients into two groups: theexperimental group and the control group.In treatment group,the points should be selectedfrom Tianzhuci, Touweici, Wanguci, Fengchici,Shuaiguci, Jianjingci,Tianliaoci,Protuberantia occipitalis externa and Linea nuchae superior,m.erector spinaecervicales,C1~7spines acantha, C1~7spines transverse processes.In control group,Ermen,Tinggong,Tinghiu, Wangu,Zhongzhu,Waiguan, Xiaxi,Tiachong were used.All caseswere treated one time per day and five days are a course of the treatment,continuouslyfor fourcourses.28days as a course and determine tinnitus scores and audiometry threshold after2courses.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups by SPSS17.0.Results：1.The usage rate of regular “a-shi”points in this operation is “tianzhuci”87.5%,“touweici”90.6%,“wanguci”93.6%“fengchici”78.1%，“shuaiguci”71.9%,“jianjingci”56.2%,“tianliaoci”37.5%, Protuberantia occipitalis externa and Linea nuchae superior90.6%,m.erector spinae cervicales90.6%,C1~7spines acantha81.2%, C1~7spinestransverse81.2%.2.Tinnitus levels were all reduced after treatment，but the regular“a-shi”point group was betterthan the traditional point.3.Comparison of clinical effective rate:the regular “a-shi”points group93.3%，the traditionalpoint group85.7%.with good improvement rate of73.3%,46.4%.the regular “a-shi”pointgroup was significantly better than the traditional point group (P<0.05). 4.Comparison of audiometry in hearing loss patients，threshold was reduced in all groups.while the regular “a-shi”point group was significantly better than the traditional point group.Conclusion：All2treatments were effective on sthenia tinnitus.while theregular“a-shi”point group was better than the traditional point group.
