| Objective:To observe the improvement of symptoms and the blood fat、GLU、depression in patients with pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver-Q1of the patients with hyperthroidism by way of soothing the liver, and puring fire.Methods:76patients with pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver-Q1of the patients with hyperthroidism were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.All patients were treated with basic treatment of diabets.Treatment group.while using the basic treatment plus TCM decoction Tongluotangtai in the principal of soothing the liver, nourishing yin and puring fire.every150ml.3times a day for12weeks; congtrol group with ATD, for12weeks.The patients’thyroid function、goiter、 symptoms、the blood fat、GLU、depression. And comprehensive efficacy were evaluated.Results:The results of this study show, the treatment group with the pathogenic fire derived from stagnation in hyperthyroid patients, after Danzhi compound after treatment,3cases were cured,15cases, effective in16cases, ineffective in2cases, the total effective rate was94.5%; the control group of patients with hyperthyroidism by western medicine treatment,2cases were cured,10cases, effective in18cases, ineffective in6cases, the total effective rate was83.3%. The curative effect in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05).The treatment group with symptoms and signs of improved significantly; group treated with hypoglycemic, improvement in depressive symptoms was more effective than the control group; the therapy effect and similar to the control group:the comprehensive curative effect is better than that of control group.Conclusions:Soothing the liver and clearing heat method can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hyperthyroidism. have better antidiabetic. depression clinical efficacy, depress TC effect is not better than the control group, between the two groups had no difference (P>0.05)。... |
