Purpose: To discuss the application of arthroscopic surgery of ProfessorChen to Schatzker Ⅰ-III type tibial plateau fracture reduction and internalfixation with conventional surgical methods incision reduction and internalfixation of surgical methods and clinical efficacy of contrast. Methods: Retrospective analysis, we have chosen to Schatzker I–IIItype fractures of38patients were followed up for6-16months. Under thesupervision of the arthroscopicsurgical treatment of19cases, thetraditional open reduction and internal fixation of19cases; two groupsby operative time, incision size, treatment and functional recovery werecompared. Results: Traditional open reduction and internal fixation group, theaverage incision lengthis18.55(±2.51) cm, mean operative time was98.78(±22.20) min,12Lysholm score standard preoperative average of19.4±7.4points after surgery, after surgerytoan average of76.4±6.1points. Arthroscopic monitoring under the surgical group, the average incisionlength of5.76(±1.58) cm, mean operation time was70.45(±16.64) cm,the Lysholm score standard preoperative average of18.6±7.6points, to anaverage of82.4±7.1points after surgery, there are statisticslearning difference (p <0.01).Conclusion: Under the supervision of the arthroscopic reduction and internalfixation with conventional open reduction and internal fixation Comparedwith small incision, less trauma, reduction and fixation of a moresatisfactory with few complications, fast functional recovery, treatment toSchatzker Ⅰ-Ⅲ type tibial plateau fractures indeed, the effect Worthy offurther promotion. |
