BackgroundUlcerative Colitis (UC Ulcerative Colitis,) is a kind of to colonic mucosa and submucosa form chronic inflammation and ulcer as the main pathological features of gastrointestinal disease. With purulent blood and mucus, diarrhea, abdominal pain and tenesmus as the main clinical manifestation, the course of a long period of remission, attack and alternate, often break out repeatedly, it is the focus of the research of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Modern medical treatment mainly choose anti-inflammatory repair methods, in the acute phase curative effect is distinct, but the long-term curative effect is not ideal. Traditional Chinese medicine think UC has the spleen deficiency, hot and humid, blood stasis for underlying pathogenesis characteristics, and chronic hot and humid, blood stasis persist. So the experiment by selection ofCoptis, Phellodendron, Sophora, Panax powder, etc of Huo Xue Hua Yu Fang (HXHYF) as enema, the HXHYF promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, remove hot and humid, and clear toxin, can promote tissue repair, to promote the recovery of intestinal function, control recurrence of UC.Research methodsThis topic uses UC rat model as the research object, uses the immune and chemical method manufacture model. In the final pathological tissue morphology and immunohistochemistry methods were used (TNF-α, IL-8, P-selectine) for detection index, From the investigation on intestinal mucosa barrier state, in immune injury, inflammatory reaction, microcirculation, mucosal repair, and other links, more acute phase and chronic phase pathological mechanism of the similarities and differences, and western medicine enema treatment the curative effect of the similarities and differences between traditional Chinese medicine enema remission for against the advantage of recurrence.Looking for the cause of repeated attacks by key pathological link, for cl inical treatment of recurrent resistance provide theoretical basis.Results(1) the UC rat acute phase histopathological see a large number of inflammatory cells infiltration, TNF alpha, IL-8, P choice element level obviously is higher than normal group, and chronic phase above pathological changes a little ease, but it is still not back to normal. (2) the UC in acute phase, Chinese traditional medicine (HXHYF), western medicine (Olsalazine) are for the performance of the cut TNF alpha, IL-8and P choice meat high expression state, after the treatment in chronic phase, the drug withdrawal group of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group of TNF-α, IL-8, P-selectine for express are reduced, and Chinese traditional medicine group more close to the normal group level.(3) In chronic phase, Chinese medicine group continue to medicine, make TNF-a, IL-8, P-selectine express already close to the normal group.Conclusion(1) the inflammatory reaction and microcirculation throughout the UC throughout the episode inflammatory reaction strong, microcirculation in severe cases, Into chronic phase, inflammatory reaction and microcirculation disturbance is of ease, but persist, this may be the key of UC recurrence pathological mechanism.(2) Using drug therapy in the acute phase, western medicine can fasterly control inflammation in the acute attack, and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine more lasting.(3) In chronic phase, traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can significantly reduce more than inflammation, improve microcirculation, In the end of this term, the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine has close to normal. Visible, in chronic phase, traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment can more effectively prevent recurrence of UC.
