| Objective:By the investigation of103cases of menstruation delay patients and105cases of women in menstrual cycle regularity to explore the risk factors that related to career and daily life of menstruation delay. And through the clinical observation of32cases of menstruation delay patients, understanding of the Wenshen Shugan Decoction for treating Menstruation delay (kidney deficiency and liver depression Syndrome) curative effect. Thus to provide more reference to the prevention and treatment of Menstruation delay.Method:The objects of the investigation was consistent with the Menstruation delay patient,who came from the First Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecology clinic, and the women in menstrual cycle regularity come from Chaoyangmen, Dongzhimen, Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and so on. The objects were divided into the case group and the control group. They filled in the Menstruation delay cause questionnaire, and the results were statistically analyzed.The objects of the clinical observation were screened from the case group according to the diagnostic criteria of Menstruation delay (kidney deficiency and liver depression Syndrome). These cases were given Wenshen Shugan Decoction for three menstrual cycles. By monitoring the menstrual cycle and associated symptoms, E2, FSH, LH, PRL,T value in early follicular phase, and filled in the TCM symptoms rating scale before the treatment and3months later after treatment, to evaluate the efficacy of Wenshen Shugan Decoction.Statistical methods:using SPSS17.0statistical software. We used single factor Logistic regression and multivariate logistic regression analysis to analize the possible risk factors associated with Menstruation delay. The measurement data were analyzed using paired t test or Wilcoxon rank sum test, and the hierarchical data using Spearman correlation analysis.P>0.05indicates no significant difference,P<0.05difference was statistically significant.Results:There are208women that participated in the etiology investigation, including103cases of Menstruation delay patients and105cases of menstrual cycle regular i ty. After invest i gat ion and ana lysis,t he reare6factors associated with the Menstruation delay. According to thier contact intensity size, followed by dieting to lose weight (9.029), pressure of work or study (5.035), mood changes (3.999) exposure to environmental pollution (2.877), stay in air-conditioned rooms for a long time in summer (2.668), sleep quality (1.964). Finally,32cases of patients meet the inclusion criteria of Menstruation delay (kidney deficiency and liver depression Syndrome) to participate in the clinical observation. After treatment, there are1cases were cured (3.13%),9cases (28.13%) were markedly effect ive,14cases (43.75%) were effect ive,8cases (25%)were invalid, the total effective rate75%. There are28.13%patients in menstrual cycle regularity after treatment. Patient ratio with menstrual cycle delayed more than30days decreased from56.25%to12.50%after treatment. Elevated the early follicular phase hormone levels before and after treatment, the E2and FSH level is higher than before, whi le the PRL levels is lower than before,The difference was statistically significant. Curative effect is correlated with the duration of disease. The shorter duration the better the results. No adverse event occurred during the treatment.Conclusion:There are6factors and Menstruation delay was positively correlated. They are go on a diet to lose weight, the pressure of work or study,mood changes, exposure to environmental pollution, stay in the air-conditioned room for a long time in the summer, poor quality of sleep. In which, dieting to lose weight, the pressure of work or study, mood changes are most closely.Wenshen Shugan Decoct can significantly improve the menstrual cycle and other symptoms. By improving the level of endocrine in patients to cure the Menstruation delay (kidney deficiency and liver depression Syndrome). |
