The downward pressure on the domestic economy is increasing,and the competition among enterprises is extremely cruel.At this time,employees' own happiness and employees' commitment to the organization can help the company form core competitiveness and truly retain talents.The research on happiness and emotional organization promises less in the Chinese context and has unique research significance and value.Based on positive psychology capital and expansionaccumulation theory,this paper takes demographic variables as control variables and uses perceptual organization support as antecedent variables representing positive environmental factors and discusses their behavioral variables(including promotion).The influence of the behavior of suggestion and the behavior of restraint.In addition,this study also uses employee happiness as a mediator to explore whether happiness can mediate between perceived organizational support and suggestive behavior.Finally,from the perspective of environmental interaction theory,the emotional organizational commitment is used as a moderator to explore whether the level of emotional organizational commitment can interact with environmental factors such as organizational support and happiness,and then adjust its influence on the behavior of the proposed language.In addition,this article stands in the organizational position to think about how to cultivate happy employees,that is,to provide workers with organizational support to improve the happiness of workers.If the organization gives the employees a certain amount of recognition and support on weekdays,so that employees feel the care and help of the organization,can this enhance the happiness and ethics of the employees.This paper takes the employees of enterprises in Hunan Province as the research object,and measures 351 valid questionnaires through structural questionnaires.Among them,the main research variables include "perceived organization support","happiness","promotional suggestive behavior","suppressive suggestive behavior" and "emotional organizational commitment".In the "demographic variables" section,there are six demographic variables including gender,age,marital status,education level,years of work and position.Then use SPSS software to construct a hierarchical regression model to explore the relationship between variables,and draw the following conclusions:(1)happiness helps to promote employee behavior;(2)perception organization support has positive effects on employee behavior;(3)The sense of well-being plays a part in mediating between the support of perceived organizations and the behavior of employees.(4)Emotional organizational commitment will strengthen the positive relationship between happiness and employee behavior.Based on the above conclusions,this paper believes that leaders should pay attention to the degree of happiness of employees and build a good and harmonious working atmosphere and establish a corresponding long-term incentive mechanism to develop employees' emotional commitment to the organization to enhance employees' opinions on the company.Enthusiasm.If enterprises can create an atmosphere of organizational support,give employees the opportunity to challenge in a timely manner,and make good use of employees with positive psychological characteristics,this will help the efficiency of business operations.
