The western Linguistics field proposed the theory of a combination of LinguisticsEducation and Cultural Education in1950s, while until the1980s, with the developmentof Cultural Linguistics and Social Linguistics in China, the research on CulturalLinguistics Teaching within field of Chinese as Foreign Language Cultural Educationhasn’t been boosted. Although the started a little late, it has led to fruitful study resultsnowadays. The Author made a general conclusion on the concept "Culture", and lead tothe concept "Cultural Linguistics" In order to compare the differences between the twolanguage-Chinese and English, the author tries to compare a special category ofvocabularies-noun of animals and plants. To show the different cultural meaningexpression in order to improve the teaching of vocabularies for both animal and plantsin future teaching Chinese as foreign language, the author proposes several principlesand specific teaching methods, which might not implement in a near future, but shall beaids and reference for ongoing teaching mode, and help to accelerate the developmentof the career of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
