With the rise of Chinese boom, more and more people began to pay attention to the foreign exchange student who made many biased errors in Chinese teoaching, especially to the Japanese students, they were influenced in negative transfer of mother tongue. It is well-known the importance of particle "le" in Chinese, especially in Teaching Chinese as Second Language, only if we figure out the nationality of students, we could found out the way to the problem. This paper collect and arrange the information of HSK corpus, and contrast the language between Chinese and Japanese, then found out the reason and the way to solve Japanese students’biased errors.In part one, we show the aim, the significance and introduce the former studies of other linguists.In part two,we sum up the research which did by others and summarize the particle "le".In third part are some samples of biased errors from Japanese students,including miss, miss-other and miss-add of "le".The forth part is found out the reason of biased error through contrast between Japanese and Chinese.The fifth part are some advices and strategies of Chinese teaching.Last part is the conclusion.
