The teaching of Model Particles in TCFL is very important. To the overseas students, Model Particles is a weak point in their learning of Chinese. And to the teachers, it is also very difficult to teach as well. This article takes "NE""BA""MA" as the objects of study, analyze the mistakes in the question paper and language database and study the books of TCFL,in hoping that the result could make some help in TCFL.This article divides into six parts, including the four main chapters, the introduction and the conclusion.The introduction part mainly explained the purpose, the significance, the object and also the task of this thesis.The second chapter makes an outlook of "NE""BA""MA"in its position and usage.The third chapter analyzes the status of the learning of Model Particles by doing the study of the questionnaire. And then sets from the strategies of how to teach the Model Particle "NE ""BA’"MA" in TCFL.The fourth chapter provides a teaching suggestion:teaching Model Particles by comparing and analysis.The fifth chapter classifies and sums up the Model Particle "NE ""BA’"MA’ in the books of TCFL, and give some edition suggestion.The conclusion part is a summing-up of the whole article. And it also points out the deficiency of the article.Among all, the third part, the forth part and fifth parts are the most important ones.
