Based on research achievements obtained, this paper makes an attempt to study the mistakes that the middle-advanced stage Korean students often make when they use Chinese modal words BA(吧), MA (吗), NE (呢) in their compositions. This thesis is based on the 196 wrong sentences which were chosen from the Dynamic Corpus of Writing Papers from HSK, and all these sentences were come from the Writing Papers which were wrote by Korean students. As a result, we found there are three error ways and twenty-eight types:Wrong choice of modal particles, redundantly using of modal particles, Omissions of modal particles.In the light of the theory of interlanguage, we found there were five factors brought about the errors of'BA (吧), MA(吗), NE (呢)'. Those factors include:negative transfer of mother tongue, interference from the target language by translating the source language, influence of cultural differences, the strategies of teaching Chinese model particles, influence of teaching material and reference books.
