In Ming Dynasty, The Former Teaching Research Activities (1368-1522),

Jiangxue movement of Ming Dynasty is the carrier to show the development of thesociety, history and culture in that period. So, it is one of the main references to studyMing Dynasty. Although, Jiangxue in the middle-late period had not great scope, it isvery important in the view of continuity and inheritance of social culture. Especially, itis to studying whole features of Jiangxue of Ming Dynasty reasonably and deeply.Jiangxue in early-middle period of Ming Dynasty laid the foundation for thedevelopment and flourish of middle-late Jiangxue movement of Ming Dynasty. So, Ithink we must study Jiangxue of early-middle Ming Dynasty. This thesis is to do that. Itis to hold the background of Jiangxue of this period through discussing the economy,politics, thinking and culture in that period. And think about their connections beforeand behind in the perspective of history. Then, I will study the numerous masters thisperiod, such as Caoduan, Xuexuan, Wuyubi, Hujuren, Chenxianzhang. So we studyJiangxue of this period in landscape orientation. Lastly, we will explain the integrityfeatures of the Jiangxue of early-middle period (1368-1522) and its great influence onafter Jiangxue, especially on the transference of Yang-ming school.
