The core of the curriculum reform is the reform of classroom teaching. Depth classroom research is an important way to deepen the education reform and achieve curriculum reform goal. Undoubtedly, the most direct way of classroom research is classroom discourse.According to the research of Mehan,88percent classroom discourse show the structure,"initiation-response-feedback".in short,"IRF". The structure of IRF is clearly reflected in the classroom, in China, influenced by traditional teaching method. However, classroom discourse research is confined to the second language classroom. There is no systematic study on classroom discourse structure in the non-second language classroom. So it is necessary to study "IRF" in the non-second classroom.The researching methods in this paper include Literature study and case study. Literature study is useful to understand the research result about classroom teacher-student interaction discourse and the structure of discourse. Two Chinese class, teached by a teacher of a primary school in Shanghai is an case. The first part of the paper systematically combed the current research result on teacher-student interaction discourse and the structure of classroom Discourse. The second part focused on the natural state of the structure of classroom discourse by x teacher. And the third part analyzed how to construct the "identity","relationship" and "concept of system". The last section is to pursue breakthrough about the structure of IRE and achieve teaching reform.
