In this paper, we taking" Qi Min Yao Shu" noun, verb, adjective synonym, as the object of study, draw lessons from the advanced research method and research results of the synonyms were systematically summarized, a total of39groups noun synonyms,92groups verb synonyms,26groups adjective synonyms. At the same time we select the representative of the11groups of synonyms for the detailed analysis description, in order to relatively objective and comprehensive display of " Qi Min Yao Shu" in the book a synonym for basic features, thus helping us have a more clear understanding to Jia Sixie era language features, provide some useful information and theory for the book language research during the period of northern and Southern Dynasties.This topics depend on "Qi Min Yao Shu Yi Zhu", which was wrote by Miu Qiyu and Miu Guilong, also it is now recognized as the best" Qi Min Yao Shu" school note version one.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction, mainly Introduce on the" Qi Min Yao Shu" and the author and other related problems.
