"Recessive income" not only exists in the contemporary society, also exist in ancient society. The feudal autocratic system, country’s wealth as the emperors all emperors as officials to provide food, Paul, officials for the kings over territory, but, since the feudal benefice system after the formation of the hands of the use of terms, bureaucrats, and kept for "income" to meet their own needs and desires.
