All circles of the society pay more and more attention to students’ psychological health problem and the sense of inferiority has seriously hindered the healthy development of them. The research on high-segment primary students in investigation on the sense of inferiority and its measurement in education management in the experiment area of integration of urban and rural education can cause the majority of educators pay close attention to their psychological health problem in the sense of inferiority and find the path of prevention and solution in the process of building development. This will be help in improving the students’ grade, personality development and further growth. There is important significance in improving school’s level of education management and education quality.This paper use the method of factor analysis to find that speech and eloquence, sports, the current psychological status, academic and intellectual, the appearance and image, interpersonal relationship and own capacity are the seven factors influence the sense of inferiority for high-segment primary students. The factor score of each factor is analyzed briefly. The difference analysis is also given about the survey results in sex, grade and school combined with factor score. We find that there is a significant difference in the sense of inferiority for the two factors of the appearance and image and own capacity between sex. There is a significant difference in the sense of inferiority for the two factors of sports and own capacity between Jinli and Baicaoyuan primary schools. There is a significant difference in the sense of inferiority for the seven factors, especially in academic and intellectual, the appearance and image, interpersonal relationship and own capacity. Some suggestion is given to prevent and solve the problem of the sense of inferiority at the end of the paper.
