Since The New Century Rural Comedy Drama Research

The object of this research is about Rural Comedy TV series since the new century. Rural Comedy TV refers to the light comedy for the main genre, with new rural area and farmers as the main performance targets, to the economic and cultural development in rural areas, peasants survive on good reality affirmed as the main content of the TV play type. Chose it as the research object, because the new century a large number of rural comedy TV appear in succession, breaking the situation that the comedy is not much in China in addition to situation comedy, it’s meet70%of the total population of the farmers’ demand of art, by everyone’s love and concern.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part analyses the development of Rural Teleplay, established the comedy category of rural comedy TV, and defined the concept of rural comedy drama. Secondly, carding the three stages development of rural comedy TV, summed up the characteristics of each stage, and analyzed the generative context of rural comedy in new century.The second part mainly analyzed the theme of the rural comedy TV, it’s refers the political, economic, cultural, ideological and other aspects. The third part discusses the character of the rural comedy TV, and divided it into four categories:the leading fanner, natural leaders, progressive farmers and conservative farmers, and then special analyzed the countryside female images that play an important role in country. The fourth part analyzed the comedy feature of the rural comedy TV; the paper analyzed the form of comedy expression and the connotation of the comedy, it’s including the feature of comic narrative, comic image, comic language and comic laugh means.
