This thesis is mainly based on the poem in QuanSongShi(全宋诗) from out of The Wu dialect area in Jiangsu province, and altogether4164poem of35poet from Nanjing, Taizhou, Huaian, Yangzhou, Gaoyou, Xuzhou, Xuyi, Yizheng. Through analying and connecting these rhymes,we summarise the rhyme system of poems rhyming in these areas in the Song Dynasties, and compare with Guangyun (广韵),trying to reveal the dialectal phenomena reflected in poems rhyming, and providing materials for the phonological history of Out of The Wu dialect area in Jiangsu province.Through summarizing, the conclusions are drawn as follows:1.There were21rimes were generalized in these arras:9YinSheng Rimes(阴声韵),12YangSheng Rimes (阳声韵)28rimes could be generalized in classical poems:lOYinSheng Rimes,14YangSheng Rimes,4RuSheng Rimes. In Guangyun, they were basically conformed. Then they were simpler than Guangyun.2.Zhi She (止) mingled with Xie She(蟹);Ma Rime(麻)1ningled with Jia Rime(佳); YuMu Rime (鱼模)mingled with YouHou Rime(尤侯)each other;Yuan Rime mingled with both of Xian Xian Rime (先仙)and Hunhen Rime(魂痕);[-n]and [-?]been intermixed;Different Entering Rimes(入声韵)endings [-t][-k][-p] mingled with each other, and they showed that Entering Rimes endings [-p][-t][-k] were weakening gradually.Besides, some plosive endings [-p][-t][-k] began to vanish.3.Through analyzing, we find that the riming phenomena of different tones mainly includes the rising and departing tones, the even and rising tones, the even and departing tones, especially the even and departing tones, which also could be proved in the mordern dialect. And we can also find that the voiced rising tones had been changing into the departing tones in the Song Dynasty.Lastly, we compared the result of this paper with the poems rhymes of other places in the Song Dynasty, and we also compared it with the poems rimes of Wu Dialect in the Tang and Five Dynasties. We find it is similar to the Northern(中原)Dialect in the Song Dynasty and the Wu Dialect in the Tang and Five Dynasties. So I suspect that the dialect of these places in the Song Dynasty was close to the Northern(中原)Dialect and also kept some features of the Old Wu Dialect.
