In different historical periods of China, Taxation system is an important component of the feudal social system part. The development and changes of the system of taxation have the important influence in the development of agricultural production. The paper researchs mainly that the evolutions of the system of taxation influence to agricultural production during the early and mid Qing dynasty in Yunnan. The paper is divided into three sections to describe.The first part, the evolutions of yunnan taxation system put into the background of the early and mid Qing dynasty to research. The paper details about the conditions and evolutions of the systems of taxation of Yunnan through comparing the situation that Yunnan’s states burden taxation, and through comparing the national taxation system and the taxation system of Yunnan and the taxation system of Yunnan at various times situations, the paper summarizes respectively the differences of Yunnan and the national in taxation system during the early and mid Qing dynasty. Especially the paper sums to the changes in the system of taxation in Yunnan during the early and mid Qing dynasty. To Specifically tell, differences of national and Yunnan’s taxation system are boiled down to four aspects:First, differetences of taxation collection types and income purposes. Second, reduction, relax and exemptions of taxation system had distinctions. Third, taxation collection approachs had differences. Fourth, the collection of roti panggang taxation was a large characteristic of the system of taxation of Yunnan. About the change of the system of taxation at Yunnan during the early and mid Qing the paper boils down to six aspects: First, the old rent former changed into the policy of Quota taxes.Second, the institutionalization of JuanMian’s policy. Third, abolished ZhuangTian land and mergered fields of Weisuo into the county, taxed according to the state MinTian. Fourth, editied Population number, inventoried fields and reorganizated the system of taxation. Fifth,"increase of the population in flourishing time.never add to their taxation forever" and "poll tax was booth intuo fields in Yunnan. Sixth, expanded fields of duty-free.The second part Key discuss the vigorous development of agriculture production during the early and mid Qing dynasty in yunnan. Agricultural production includes many aspects. The paper mainly discusses yunnan’s agriculture to develop rapidly through the continued expansion of cultivated land area, population growth and the construction of water conservancy projects. About expanding of the cultivated area, mainly research from the reclaim of restorative and expanding wasteland this two aspects. About the increasing growth of population, the paper analyzes the characteristic of the population statistics during the early and mid Qing dynasty in yunnan and this period the characteristics of population change. About the construction of water conservancy projects, mainly show that the central government and local government paied attention to water conservancy projects and builded water conservancy project through several major water conservancy projects during the early and mid Qing dynasty in yunnan.The third part, details about the influences that the change of the taxation systems of Yunnan affect on the development of agricultural production during the early and mid Qing dynasty. This is the key research object in this paper. The part mainly details about the influences that six aspects of the evolutions in the system of taxation affected to the development of agricultural production during the early and mid Qing dynasty in Yunnan.These inclosed advantageous and disadvantageous influences.
