Analysis About The System Of Agricultural Officials In Yuan Dynasty

China is a agriculture-based country in its history,and farming civilization is the most important part in Chinese civilization.The system of Agricultural officials was also an important part of the national political system.The Yuan Dynasty was the first dynasty established by the ethnic minorities in Chinese history.Mongolian lived in a nomadic status at northern region of China,knew little and also paid little attention about farming,with conquesting the South,they introduced the nomadic production into the Central Plains region.In the early days of the Mongolian' rule,the Central Plains Han kept in a serious state of depression,the destruction of the economy was not good to the stability of the Mongolian' rule.Mongolian rulers gradually realized the great damage brought by the "empty for the animal husbandry," in the contact with the Han landlord intellectuals,and adapt the rule methods,established the feudal economy and Political system in Central Plains.The evolution of agriculture in Yuan Dynasty was specific and unique.The research has been carried out on the functions of the agricultural officials,agriculture and aquatic animal husbandry about Yuan Dynasty,however,lacks of research about school,the rescue,the warehousing and the land tax.Based on this,this paper analyzes the synergetic relationship between the establishment of agricultural officials in Yuan Dynasty and the development of agricultural production in the Yuan Dynasty by using the methods of contradiction analysis,literature research and cross research.This paper firstly clarify the establishment of the agricultural management institutions in the Yuan Dynasty,to comprehensively reflect the responsibilities and work contents,and the characteristics of the agricultural officials in the Yuan Dynasty.In detail,setting up the persuading agricultural ambassador to Sinong Division,after be replaced by Da Sinong Division,organize agriculture production management fully;According to water conservancy,reclamation,animal husbandry,disaster relief and regular and other functions set the central agricultural system,and the establishment of Xuanweisi,Zhudao Tixingsi and other local officers,responsible for persuading farmers mulberry,promoting agricultural production technology and attendance,have temporary,large management range,management scattered,monitoring agencies needing persuading farming and other characteristics.Secondly,analysis of the positive roles and problems of agricultural officials in the Yuan Dynasty,and analysis of the causes of the destruction of the Yuan Dynasty from the Perspective of the agricultural official system,the evolution relationship between the agricultural official system and agricultural production.Farms' system has a positive effect in expanding the cultivated land area,the innovation of production tools,grain production,population increase,animal husbandry and crop variety development,environment improvement,and also further sthrengthen the agricultural awareness and promote the development of agriculture related research.But there also had many problems,like nuisance,fraud,deterioration,officials struggling to cope with uppers.The conclusion is that the establishment of agricultural officials in Yuan Dynasty transfer from the heavy agriculture and light agriculture to balanced development between agriculture and animal husbandry,establishing a top-down,from the central to the local agricultural production management system,with a strong political power involved in farming society,made an important contribution to the recovery and development of the agricultural economy,effectively maintain and continue the feudal rule in the Yuan Dynasty.It is proved that the establishment of agricultural management institutions in Yuan Dynasty and the agricultural officials in the Yuan Dynasty played a great role in the development of agricultural production,and also reflected the possible gap between the institution and practice.There are significant synergetic characteristics of the establishment of agricultural official system and the development of agricultural production.
