The action research method is mainly used in this study.It set the researcher herself as the object of it.The researcher is set as the novice teacher to practice teaching kids in the kindergarten(kindergarten music teaching) with observation and imitation learning.Through the observation and imitaion of the excellent lessons by the support teams,the researcher tries to discuss the self-traning stage of development and effective way with practice and reflection constantly.It’s a support of practice and cases for the majority of novice teachers’professional development.The researcher summarized the current situation and problems in practice within the supports of teams,tried to get the exploration and summary of novice teachers’ self-training stages and way—direct observation and imitation learning,abstract bservation and imitation learning,creativity bservation and imitation learning to begin to explore the effective ways on this basis. This is the process of continuously alternating cycle, in the spiral rise, the researcher concluded the novice teachers within the support of teams continued to practice,to reflection and then do it again and again. This study is used narrative research method to describe the teacher’s personal growth an development with excellent lessons.And it come the conclusion:observation of imitation learning is to promote growth of novice teachers to expert teachers a way rapidly.In this process, the team support is while an indispensable external power!...
