Chen Xiaoyong, born in1955in Beijing, as one of the extremely active composerin Europe music today, his music getting more and more attention in Europe and theworld of modern music industry. Chen Xiaoyong music creation in a concise mannerto explore the infinite possibilities of sound and timbre, use of frugality material, anda wealth of creative means to achieve a high degree of unity of complex changes.Chen Xiaoyong is committed to explore the infinite possibilities of the individualvoices his concern lies in the inner world of the vibration of sound,"With the start upsound, sounds return to silence in recession, its echo gradually close through acompletely different field that is the beginning of a whole new dimension to the onlymoment when he finally disappeared before revealed." he said. The personality ofChen Xiaoyong’s music show in his unique sound grasp, coupled with his simple andcreative way, his music deployment process are based on the feeling, theunderstanding of the basis, so it works always bring people a meditation like moodand poetic elegance.In this paper, with the overall concept of this work, Chen Xiaoyong’s "Wasserzaichen"–for Sheng and chamber ensemble from musical material, thedevelopment of techniques and timbre processing of acoustic features as the analysisand research of the main object of study of this work. This paper also attempts toanalyze the relationship of chromatic with the preferences of the four or five degreesof relationship and sound body in the material of Chen Xiaoyong’s music, invisibleOriental Thought in the manifestation of his works as well as the preferences ofChinese musical instruments used, resulting in an overall analysis of the uniquenessof his music creation.
