This paper regarded Song Xiang and his poetry as the object of study. As arepresentative of the Renzong Poetry Poet，Song Xiang who lives life ups and downs，experiences the ups and downs of early forge ahead to the later since. His change inthe state of mind is a typical Song Dynasty doctor attitude. This paper tries to putSong Xiang under the background of Renzong Poetry to in deep analysis of his familyand official career， friendship， the poetry theme classification and artisticcharacteristics.Thus we can have a further understanding of his poetry from Tang Yinto Song Transformation.This article is divided into introduction，body and conclusion three parts.The introduction section outlines the current academic achievements in SongXiang research and relatively weak place.It points out that Song Xiang plays animportant role in the political，cultural and academic aspects of Renzong Poetry.Renzong Parnassus is a transition period from Tang Yin to Song Transformation.As arepresentative writers of this period，his poems have the west characteristics of gentlebeauty.At the same time，he puts the feelings of life into poetry creation，whichformed the miserable and poetry style.The text is divided into four chapters.It analyses Song Xiang and his poetry fromthe four aspects of subject，family and official career，the contacts with friends，thesubject classification and artistic features of poetry.The first chapter is formed with the Northern Song Dynasty family background tointroduce Song Xiang and his family from prosperity to decline.
