Kant’s philosophy of history is an epoch-making significance, and many of the Hegelian philosophy—the direct source of Marxist philosophy theory, have directly or indirectly derived from Kant. Marx thought the social history as a progressive combination with mutations in the development, according to the historical reality of modern capitalism, after the ideology in Germany philosophy and the liquidation of his own philosophical beliefs, he achieved self-liberation. According to the reality of the capital history, standing on the position of the proletariat , he start his research of the world history based on the materialist, and given the history of philosophy the new content. In the 19th century 40’s and 50’s, Marx devoted his energies on the Indian village system, besides, based on the British colonial rule in India history, he proposed a "dual mission theory." its meaning have two points: On the one hand, colonialism one the development of colonial society has a positive role in promoting. On the other hand, most of the time colonial capitalism factors hinder the growth of the colony, brought the colonized people to the suffering world. As a policy tool, colonialism often combined to the pre-capitalist system, Marx emphasis on factors of capitalism, this is also the reason why Marx emphasis on the history of colonial rule. Marx’s research on the Indian society at 19th century 70’s is the basic of his East society theory. And then, he turned his view to Russia. He considered on the land ownership of rural communities in Russia , and regard it as the starting point of the observation and analysis of Oriental Society, focused on the possibility of oriental societie’s jumping over the capitalism Crafting Gorge. Based on the process of world history, he discussed the possibility of the special historical path of Oriental Society. Marx’s "World History" is confirmed by the historical process since the modern times, in fact, world globalization could be thought just as the product of the international and transnational history, or a new phase of world history, which is also the new arguments and new requirements for developing the theory of world history, similarly, it providing a new reference and basis for the development in backward countries.
