With the rapid economic and social political development, more and more young farmers are going in to the urban of our country, a special group - the minors rural left-behind children have emerged in the vast rural areas. SanJiaoping village is a small village which located in the west of the auspicious letter subordinates in fenghuang county; it is also a typical small village full of Miao. The village is in the mountains, the road from the village to the town is winding, where the old man make a living by farming, the incomes cannot sustain the family’s expenses, therefore has the labor force who go out to make more money, and generally left the old man and child at home. The family type of the SanJiaoping village family is mostly like this, this special family of the left-behind children also became my focus.Left-behind children’s is in the key period of developing, they can’t enjoy the parent’s helping in the aspect of ideological understanding and values, lacking the emotional attention and care, which can easily lead to abnormal in the way of knowledge, value deviation, personality, and psychological development, which we should be highly care and attention.Comparing to the study of left-behind children before, this paper adopted ethnology participate observation、depth interviews to study the daily life of the Miao left-behind children. In the aspect of research objects, put the minority of Miao unattended children as the research object, which differs from the other studies to widespread rural left-behind children as the object of research, and compared the left-behind children of the local traditional family with the children left-behind children of Miao, and also unlike other single object study. In addition, this paper also hopes to test left-behind children problems in the society level. To verify if the problems are serious problems or whether be exaggerated. The full text includes five sections, the introduction of this investigation focus on the investigation location, research approaches, and research objectives, and conclude through the review of the previous scholar’s studies; The first chapter from tangible culture, intangible culture and language culture these three aspects to introduce the child development in Miao traditional cultural background; The second section truly recorded the daily life of the left-behind children in the Miao traditional family, which including the period of school times and holidays, and also a contrast above all, explore the essence of left-behind children problems. The third chapter tells the children’s emotional encounter and expression of intact families, which also including the comparisons. The fourth chapter is about children’s socialization, which focuses on the aspect of family, school and peer groups, this paper discusses the three agencies and group for the influence of children’s socialization.Through the study of contemporary Miao left-behind children, the paper found that the cause of the problem primarily because of lake of daily care, which including the incomplete of psychologically、customly and personality, which are not only from lacking of life’s care of their life, but also from lacking the cares of their parents、the weight light spirit, poorly supervision of the grandparents grandchildren, these factors combined to prompt these left-behind children problem’s formation.
