The reasons for the formation of rural left-behind children problem is varied,behind the problem,involving the main body of small to family,big to the government,the complexity of correlation which made the problem increasingly become the focus of attention from all walks of life and the focus problem.To promote the healthy growth of left-behind children,to ensure the smooth development of their socialization process,and to the future development of our society,the stability of rural environment has a decisive influence.Article application of public policy,public management,and other related knowledge,in anyang county of henan province as an example,based on the results of the survey,how closely on the basis of the existing rural left-behind children health growth through the research of the main analysis of rural left-behind children living dilemma and concrete Suggestions are put forward.Based on the left-behind children,on the basis of case study,combined with the current overall situation of left-behind children in China on detailed analysis of the specific it is concluded that rural left-behind children in the psychological problems in the process of growing up,such as self sealing,behavioral,less aloof,inferiority,etc;Education problems,such as insufficient learning enthusiasm and poor learning environment;Moral issues,such as moral deviation,family moral distortion,etc.And to produce deviant behavior.In addition,the author makes attribution analysis on the life dilemma of left-behind children in rural areas from the perspective of family,school and government.The family attribution is that the family structure is broken,which leads to the weakening of education function and the fragmentation of parent-child relationship.The school attribution lies in the implicit discrimination brought by education mode and the hidden worries of rural education behind the teaching of left-behind children.The government's attribution is that the urban-rural dual structure hinders the relocation of left-behind children and the imperfect legal system.Finally through the analysis of the above summary,and put forward the polycentric governance path to solve the problem of rural left-behind children,namely,activate theprimary role of the government to the problem of left-behind children,such as breaking the urban and rural dual structure,deepening the reform of basic education,improve rural educational condition,and construct the legal system of rural left-behind children's rights and interests,etc.;Strengthen the training of education security and safety awareness of left-behind children in schools,such as the implementation of campus boarding system and strengthening of home-school cooperation;To give play to the role of the family in the physical and mental health and morality of left-behind children,such as insisting on the interests of children and choosing guardians reasonably;We will give full play to the supporting role of ngos in solving the problems of left-behind children,such as expanding the volunteer team and attracting social funds.
