The Perspective Of Marx's Labor Theory Thinking Of Our Country's Employment Problem

China is a developing country, its economy is making rapid development, whichshoulders the historical responsibility of all-round development. Employment is thepeople’s livelihood, employment issue is a matter of national stability and the constructionof a harmonious society. Employment has become an indispensable element of China’sdevelopment strategy and policy. The current study of employment problem has alwaysbeen one of the theme of China’s development strategy and a serious challenge under thecurrent market economic conditions.With China’s accession to the WTO, the adjustment of industrial structure, laboremployment problem in China has undergone great changes, from the "turnkey systemwith" to the " two-way choice "employment mode. However, the new employment modeis incompatible with China’s economic development, the contradiction between excess oflabor force and insufficient jobs is becoming more and more obvious, unemployedproblem is increasingly serious. How to crack employment problem under the socialistmarket economic system is the focus of attention of many scholars. Most of the scholarshave studied it from the point of economics, management science, demography, very fewhas explored China’s employment problem from the Marxist theory.The paper tries to put forward to the employment theory according withcontemporary China national condition and effectively solve several realistic problems innew period, with Marxist employment theory as the foundation, based on the ideology ofemployment since the National Congress of the CPC and the actual status of the country’semployment. The paper points out the comparative advantage of abundant labor force inorder to make the strategy of China’s economic development, realize sufficientemployment, improve the labor and social security system.
