The Path To Investigate The Community Management Innovation In Our Country

The community is the inevitable product of modern civilization development, communitymanagement along with the formation of the community exist, and its important positionand role in social development and modernization to speed up the urbanization process inChina, especially the importance of urban community management. China’s urbancommunity management with the development of market economy and the rise, especiallyin a harmonious socialist society, to strengthen and improve community management isparticularly important. At present, the management of urban communities in China is stillin the innovation and improvement stage, would have some problems, attention to theseissues and proposed countermeasures to improve the management of our urbancommunities has a very important practical significance.This article dedicated to the study the following questions:(1) the status of theCommunity Services Manager;(2)at home and abroad on the theories of communityservices management research;(3)child-friendly home project in the community servicesmanagement innovation in China community management terms of reference. Specificpoint of view: first, to sort out the theoretical source of community management in ourcountry and our communities, management theories, and then through Sichuanchild-friendly home project in community service management practice and exploration torefine summary, try to explore some suitable for our country communities management ofpossible paths.
