Diverse Collaboration:How Are Localized Service Programs Produced?

It takes a process to pass a localized service program from the policy to the grassroots.Because different communities have differences,the specific ways in which communities promote social services will also be very different,and different models have also formed in practice.This article introduces the main modes of promoting social services in China's communities.At the same time,combining the practical opportunities of Shenzhen to build a "child-friendly city",the P community in Shenzhen is used as a case study.Through qualitative research methods,the interview method and the participation observation method are combined to study the entire process of developing and implementing a "child-friendly community" service program for the P community.It is concluded that the key to the formation of localized service programs lies in the cooperation of multiple subjects.By studying the construction practice of the localized service program of the P community,the governance experience that can be used for reference in other places and the problems that still exist in the governance practice are refined to further improve the implementation path of its service program and promote the interaction and collaboration of multiple subjects.This article is mainly divided into three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction is the first and second chapters of this article.It explains the research background,research significance,concept definition,basic dissertation framework and research methods used in this article.It also deals with domestic and foreign policy implementation and service program design.The research carried out a literature review,and put forward the concerns and innovations of this paper.The main body is the third,fourth,and fifth chapters of this article.The third chapter briefly summarizes the promotion model of community social services.The fourth and fifth chapters are the key chapters of this article.First of all,introduce the construction practices of the P community and its various levels,and take the practice of building a "child-friendly community" in the P community as a case,the key to the implementation of its service program and the cooperation formed by the multiple subjects in the interaction and collaboration process are analyzed and summarized.And the significance of the mechanism for other places is also mentioned.At the same time,it reflects on the lack of research in this article.
