Children's rights and living environment as the hope and future of the country and nation are the focus of every country's attention,and in 2016 the China Community Development Association established the "Working Committee on Child-Friendly Communities" to promote programs in Child-Friendly Communities in China.In the construction of child-friendly community,social organizations participate in the way of government-purchased project services,the project requires social organizations to provide professional services for children in the community field,the current government purchase of social organizations to serve children-friendly community construction projects gradually deepened,but the quality of project services and service effectiveness is difficult to judge,so the effective and scientific analysis and evaluation of social organization project operation to promote the construction of child-friendly community services is urgent.Based on the above,the author selects the example of the child-friendly community construction project implemented by A social organization in C community,uses the field investigation method,semi-structured interview method and other research methods to analyze the service process of the project,finds the results and problems that A social organization achieves in the process of child-friendly community construction under the project operation,and focuses on the analysis and discussion of the problem,and makes professional thinking and puts forward his own suggestions.Through the summary and combing of the information collected in the course of practice,it is found that Organization A operates in a project-based manner and implements some problems in different stages of child-friendly community construction projects.These include inadequate investigation of the needs of children and adolescents in the community during the project planning phase,low quality of service requirements during the project implementation phase,too much emphasis on form and contempt for service effectiveness during the project inspection phase,lack of a sound adjustment system and adequate adjustment capacity in the adjustment phase of the project,in view of the above-founded problems and combined with the situation observed by the author himself in the course of the internship,the author believes that the main reasons are: the project design is unreasonable,the internal management of social organizations is not perfect,Social organizations focus on administrative indicators of light services and project landing lack of relevance.To sum up,according to the four systems of social work services: changing the media system,the service object system,the target system and the action system,the author puts forward his own suggestions on how to improve the service effect of the child-friendly community construction project under the project-oriented operation:First,from the perspective of changing the media system,we should improve the social organization ability,design the service plan reasonably,clarify the role of social work in the construction of the child-friendly community,and optimize the evaluation and supervision of the service;To identify the service object of child-friendly community construction projects,pay attention to needs assessment,improve service quality,third: from the target system,to clarify the goal of child-friendly community construction projects,optimize the goal of child-friendly community construction projects assessment and supervision,fourth: from the action system,to clarify the government-led,public participation principles,optimization assessment and supervision.Only in this way can we better promote the implementation of child-friendly community construction projects,build child-friendly communities,and promote the development of child-friendly communities in China.Based on the above from the perspective of social work professional from the professional,practical and influential aspects of the current child-friendly community construction of reflection and summary.
