In this paper, a village in North China village elections, case studies, theoretical analysis of theuse of Social Capital mobilization of the candidates during the election operation analysis. Throughresearch shows that, in the village elections, the operation of the actions of candidates, that is, theoperation of Social Capital. Election candidates in order to obtain the success that can be used tomobilize all social resources to services for the campaign. In essence the process of access toresources, in addition to a candidate, I have to mobilize social resources, but also to build a largenetwork of alliances to mobilize aid, and placed in a large village in the context of social structure. Tosome extent, the mobilization of candidates and build a network of alliances, through a variety ofways and channels to transmit information to the villagers, to exert influence, to establish identity andcommitment to get the villagers to provide support. Article specifically to mobilize the network ofcandidates and the process of Social Capital embedded in the Lin Nan theoretical framework forcomprehensive analysis. It was found that the mobilization of network members in a candidate, bothcandidates for the position of a priori given initial position of the high level of occupants, includingthe candidates obtained by investing in social relations of the bridge connecting different occupants.The occupants, in the village social structure acquaintance with the villagers than the general goodand rich social resources. Candidates and occupy the middle position in the network of contacts whocan not only get a good social resources, help to improve is to mobilize voters to support candidatesfor the possibility, but also help to enhance the effect of electoral action to improve the election to thepossibilities.
