Female employment is not just women living resources and developmentopportunities, and participate in social activities, but also to some extent reflects thedevelopment of a society and a country’s human rights to achieve status. Implementedfor years, China’s law on the protection of women’s employment rights, genderdiscrimination in employment has been some improvement, but the events of variousviolations of the law violations of women’s labor rights are still often made public. Howto make women more dignified life, safeguard the employment rights of women, femaleemployment discrimination is a problem that must be properly resolved. Developedcapitalist countries of Europe and the United States part of anti-employmentdiscrimination theory and practice have made a breakthrough and development, manycan learn from the experience and inspiration, we need to combine the condition of ourcountry to study use.This article intends to analyze the problem of female employment discriminationfrom the perspective of the Constitution the right to equality in employment and byreference to other developed countries, the legal protection of employmentdiscrimination experience of female employment equal rights constitutional protectionsystem to make some suggestions, hoping to provide some ideas for the containment ofthe existence of female employment discrimination, in order to achieve the rationalallocation of human resources and utilization, and to achieve social equity and fairemployment, to achieve a harmonious socialist society.
