The equal employment right for female is one part with extreme importance in the protection of female human rights,as well as an important right in the field of female's working right,it is the basis of protecting women's property rights,political consultative power,equal rights in marriage and family relations.The main cause for unequal working right of female is the sex discrimination in employment,which assumes a variety of forms and have complex causes.Besides,it has a relatively great influence on the implementation of women's other rights,so lawmakers should put emphasis on it.Currently,international conventions and regional international conventions has made a general regulation on relevant problems,but domestic legislation process of different countries vary because of the disparities of their social conditions.The protection of women's human right depends on the implementation of domestic legislation and the enforcement of the state power.At the moment,disputes over equal employment rights has been stipulated in the Regulations of the Causes of Civil Cases.It sheds light on the progress and shortcomings of relevant legislation in China,combined with the trial of relevant cases.We should,linked with the status quo of domestic legislation,step up our efforts to stipulate an independent Employment Discrimination Law,confirm and update the scope of women's equal employment right and ensure that the legislation in China can be executed properly and efficiently,combined with our welfare policy and social surveillance system.
