John Rawls is the author of “A Theory of Justice”, is the great philosopher in twentycentury.“Two justice principles”, which he proposed, takes “the fair justice” as the purpose,and according to the basic structure of the society to study. Its aim is to provide a kind ofbasic moral principle (it is equated to justice principle) to guide the design of the society basicstructure.In this book, it is mainly including two justice principles. Now, the problem of how to fully reflect the socialist essence, and realize thesocial justice is not only a theory problem, it also a realistic problem that need to resolveimmediately. To our reform and market economy at present, The equal opportunities andsociety adjusts reflected thought that including in the Rawls’ justice principle has referencevalue to a certain extent. In this paper, it according to the problems that appeared in Chinajustice field at its transformation period, uses the Marxism’s view of social justice and Rawls’ justice principles to put forward some advice, and hope to make some construction forexploring the construction of justice and equal harmonious society.
