Study On Xi’an Village Reconstruction Of Public Policy Evaluation

Since the reform and opening up the pace of urbanization continues to acceleratethe transformation of villages in the city of Xi’an has become an important element ofurban planning. Reconstruction of the Village of Xi’an has entered a mature stage, whilethe use of the evaluation of public policy evaluation is an inevitable trend. Moredomestic and foreign scholars and government have come to realize the property of thepublic policy of urban planning. The acceleration of the transformation of villages hasgradually changed the face of our cities,"Villages" as part of urban planning, has madethe deepening of the reform and development of urban planning. Urban planning byregulation, under the premise of the development of market economy has graduallybecome an important means for the countries used to the regulation of urbandevelopment, thereby promoting the sustainable development of cities in the urbanspace and land resources.In this paper, as a public policy point of departure from the urban planning,combining the current transformation of villages as the basis for planning andevaluation as a starting point to study. Understanding and learning through theassessment of domestic and international urban planning, with the assessment of publicpolicy, combined with the typical villages in the city of Xi’an transform instance,through the new public policy perspective, scientific assessment of urban planninganalysis, the use of the dimension of policy evaluation degrees to the new urbanplanning assessment, in order to achieve the harmonious development of urbanplanning. This article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the researchbackground and significance of the research object, clear thinking, to determine theresearch framework. The second interpretation of assessment theory and practice ofurban planning at home and abroad, clear our existing deficiencies and the need to learn.Chapter Ⅲ, learning theories and methods of evaluation of public policy model, theevaluation of public policy development of a clear urban planning. Chapter IVinterpretation of relations and development of public policy assessment of the Xi’anurban planning, public policy of the mode of thinking. Chapter V, the combination ofXi’an solution Ka transformation instance, to understand the transformation of theprogram, the implementation of dynamic and Xie Ka transform instance to assess.Chapter VI summarizes the conclusions of the assessment to find out the advantagesand shortcomings to be further study.
