Study On Withdrawal Mechanism Of College Students Village Officials In Henan Province

In recent years, the future of college students village officials has been a socialconcern after they expired their service in the village. The exit mechanism of collegestudents village officials is an important link of village officials system, which is a goodmethod to manage and optimize college students village officials group, strengthen treirvigor and vitality and improve the efficiency of our national basic administrationorganizations. A number of college students entering the basic administrationorganizations plays an important role in rural informationization construction andchanging the concepts of farmers. However, the backwardness of exit mechanismconstruction for college students village officials has been a social problem in themanagement. The exit mechanism concerns the furture of college students villageofficials, which directly influenced the stability and durability of college studentsvillage officials program. Based on the present condition of our national collegestudents village officials system, this thesis analyzes the problems in the exitmechanism of college students village officials and put forward a series of targetedstrategies to promote the sustainable development of college students village officialsprogram. There are six chapters in the thesis and the specific content for each chapter isas follows.The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background, thesignificance and study purpose, determines the study subject and study methods anddefines the concepts of village officials, college students village officials, the exitmechanism and the exit mechanism of college students village officials.The second chapter is the literature review. By way of combing, analyzing andreviewing the literature, the ahthor masters the latest research direction and informationand beiefly comments on the overseas theories of human capital and research conditionof our national college students village officials.The third and fourth chapters describes the present condition, problems andinfluence factors of Henan’s exit mechanism of college students village officials. Basedon the basis of research and interview, the thesis analyzes the present condition ofHenan’s college students village officials program, points out the problems anddisadvantages of the present exit mechanism and deeply analyzes the main factors thatinfluence the exit mechanism of college students village officials. The fifth chapter is the countermeasures to the exit mechanism of college studentsvillage officials. Combined with relevant theories and based on the analysis on theHenan’s exit mechanism of college students village officials and proposes to reconstructthe exit mechanism, which perfects the exit mechanism to tealize the sustainabledevelopment of college students village officials program.The final chapter gives research conclusion and look into the future. It summarizesthe major content of this study, makes the final conclusion and brings up the suggestionsfor further study.
