Investigation And Research On The Incentive Problem Of College Students Village Officials In Huaian

College student village official plan is a major strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee to promote the construction of new socialist countryside,optimize the rural cadres and ease the employment problem of college graduates.Since the introduction of the policy,this special group has rapidly become the focus of attention of all walks of life.Although the college student village official plan has achieved some results,but there are some problems such as the enthusiasm of the village officials,the role play is not enough and so on.Through the investigation of the college students village officials of Huaian city in Jiangsu Province,the emergence of these problems,largely with the current incentive mechanism of college students village officials is not enough to improve the relevant.Through access to domestic and international literature on incentive mechanism and theory,the research on the incentive problem for college students village officials is rare,and the theoretical height and the depth of research is not enough.So this paper has a strong theoretical and practical significance for the research of the incentive problem of college students village officials.On the basis of the current incentive mechanism of college students village officials,this paper makes a detailed analysis by the questionnaire survey of college students village officials in Huaian City,and summarizes the existing problems in the incentive mechanism of college students village officials,and then combined with ERG theory,from the subject,object,environment.Finally,the feasibility suggestion is that,to meet the college students village official survival,communication,growth needs,and further change the incentive idea,to do a good job of the top-level design and implementation of the incentive mechanism,and strive to create a good environment for the growth of college students village officials,to mobilize the inherent potential of large student village,and better serve the socialist new rural construction.
