Network Political Participation And Study The Transformation Of The Government Governance Mode In Our Country

The rapid development of the Internet and information technology has brought great changes to the economy, politics, cultural of our society; And deeply influenced the mode of people’s life, working, thinking and interactivity. The Internet has changed people’s world outlook and values, strengthening the citizen political participation awareness and quality, expanding the channels of political participation of citizens, promoting the exchange interaction between the ordinary citizens and government, changing the public decision-making model, and greatly promoting the process of socialist democratic politics. In recent years, our government attaches great importance to the construction of electronic government, pay more attention to collecting public feelings and suggestion form Internet, and provide citizens more convenient and online services; At the same time, Chinese citizens have also ready to use network for political participation, express political views and interests.Although network political participation brings positive effects, also brings negative effects to the governance mode of our government.In this paper, author analysis the phenomenon of network political participation and governance mode theoretically; research current network political participation and governance situation of China; and focus on analyzing network political participation brings positive effects with a lot of network hot case, such as changing the concept of governance, promoting the transformation of government functions, making public decision more scientific and democratic, creating a favorable political environment, maintaining social stability. On the other hand, analysis deeply the negative effects which brought by network political participation such as digital gap, irrational and disorder political participation, weaken the mainstream ideology control, threatening the government authority and so on. Then, proposed some measures to avoiding disadvantages, And take good use of the positive effects make our government changing concept, structure, objectives, mechanism of governance, transform "the traditional governance mode" to "the new governance mode" in order to achieve the goal of "good governance".
