Construction Of Civil Servants Network Political Participation And Effective Mechanism Study

In recent years,the role of networking in social and political life is becoming increasingly important. The18th CPC National Congress proposes to continue to actively and teadily push forward political reform,evolve a broader, fuller, more robust people’s democracy. To promote the development of network political participation is one of the ways to promote the construction of democracy in China. But the network of political participation in China is still in its infancy, highlighted a series of problems in the process of development. Among them,not only the problems existing in the participation in the process of citizens, such as representing the legitimacy, order and non rationality, but also has the weak reaction ability of government in guiding and governance in the process, such as guide is not standard, the imperfect system, platform technology lag disadvantage and so on. Especially as the exercise of national executive authority, the implementation of national public service personnel, many problems arising in civil political participation process, the government has increased the difficulties and challenges in the network of political process faced. So it is necessary to take some measures to regulate it, through the establishment of an effective mechanism for political participation of our country’s civil service network of civil servants, guide rational political participation in network activities. Improve the network asks politics system, for the orderly development of political participation in China, and further promote the development of socialist democracy and political civilization in China has important theoretical and practical significance. This article uses the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research,taking Xiangcheng District of Zhangzhou City civil service network political participation as the breakthrough point, on the basis of analyzing the problems and reasons, to explore the establishment of China’s civil service network effective political participation mechanism, so as to better governance service for the network, and to promote the continuous development of China’s network of democracy.
