Mao Zedong Thoughts is the Chinese Marxism-Leninism, and ofwhich, Mao Zedong moral education thoughts is the core viewpoint.Under the guidance of it, great changes have taken place in China.Withstanding the test of war practice, Mao Zedong moral educationthoughts is not only broad and profound, but also extremelyimportant value. With various moral problems emerging in thecurrent period of social transition, it is necessary for us to studyMao Zedong moral education thoughts, especially of his coreviewpoint in this field, which has very important practicalsignificance in solving present moral problems in the society. Thispaper is divided into five parts:The first part states the varieties of immoral phenomena andproblems in the society, directly facing the grim reality of "Moral taintin the country". On the basis of summarizing, analyzing and criticizingthe researches about Mao Zedong moral education thoughts homeand abroad, up coming the motivation of writing the essay.Starting from the ethical explanation, the second part discussesthe definition of moral education, the standard of moral education(enhancing each person’s interest gross), the principle of moraleducation (six principles concerning good and evil), moral education and law, the approaches to realizing moral education. Itis highlighted in this part that the ultimate standard of moraleducation is the core issue of moral education.The third part firstly discusses the source of Mao Zedong moraleducation thoughts. Then it discusses the formation of the coreviewpoint of Mao Zedong moral education thoughts.
