Volunteer Service Organization Capacity Building In Chongqing

Volunteer service is not to get paid for the purpose, but the voluntary participation in social services, promoting public social welfare, promoting social progress and the development of human activities. This paper focuses on the Chongqing volunteer organization’s capability construction, namely aggrandizing volunteer organization’s internal governance mechanism, perfecting the government on the development of volunteer service in macro promotion mechanism, cultivating social public as well as enterprises and institutions for the development of volunteer service in social coordination mechanism, thereby strengthening the Chongqing volunteer service organization’s capability construction, promoting the voluntary service in Chongqing further development.
