The Post-reserch Of Administrative Approval Procedure In Prefecture

The administrative examination and approval is an importantadministrative management function of government. Directly reflect theadministrative efficiency. Thoroughly apply the scientific outlook ondevelopment; the development of socialist political civilization can not dowithout scientific administrative examination and approval process. Therebuilding on the administrative examination and approval process is atransformation of way of thinking and innovation of government management.Firstly，this paper studies the theory of processing reengineering andrelated, government reengineering, reviews and thinks over the processing ofadministrative approving processing in western developed countries and ourcountry respectively;Secondly, explores in the universal law the processingneeds to follow, analyses and researches in the reality facing our country; then,analyses the achievement and insufficiency of government’s administrativeapproving processing by taking Ma’ Anshan as an example; finally, puts forwardthe basic principles, basic requirements, and specific countermeasures we shouldadhere.
